What is the lead time for production (Corrugated boxes, hang tag, header card etc.)?Lead time is 14 days after approval of artwork, mock up box and print press.
What are the payment terms?Negotiable.
Are shipping costs included within the payment terms?Yes.
Is there a “valid until” date for quotations?Negotiable.
Pre-print
Will samples be provided? What initial services could you provide?We provide samples free of charge. We also provide blank mockups free of charge, whereby a blank “white” mockup will be made available for your reference 4 days (not including shipping time) after we have received your dieline and spec. Finally, we provide printed proof on a case by case basis, and the costs associated with it are quantity dependent.
Where could I upload my design and artwork specifications for production?Contact us, we will provide you with the relevant upload link.
What are the resolutions for the pictures?300pdi.
Will printed proof be provided?This is case dependent and negotiable.
Process
Can you print on PET?We have the capability.
Is foil stamping and embossing available?Yes, those processes are available.
Will you provide any additional handiwork once the packaging is produced?Yes. If the products are produced onsite at Wictle, we could arrange to complete the finishing processes. For example, if you require our team to pack the actual product within the packaging, you simply need to provide the products, and we could provide the packing services.
Note: We will not be responsible for the quality checking aspect of products transported to us. In addition, customers should inform us ahead of time the exact quantity of products to be packaged such that we could appropriately quantify the delivery costs in the quotation.
Do you have shrink wrapping facilities?Yes.
Are there any quality checks before the items are shipped out?Yes, we do and will provide the quality report of items to customers.
What are the shipping times (with/without courier service) and cost of shipping?We will liaise with the forwarder and courier to confirm on both shipping time and cost once the purchase order has been received and approved.
Does Wictle ship outside of China?Yes, we can arrange air shipment and/or vessel shipment depending on your request and location.
